Charles and Ray Eames

"Design is the appropriate combination of materials in order to solve a problem."

Charles Eames (1907-1978) and his Wife, Ray (1912-1988) , formed a partner ship after their marriage in 1941 and always shared credit for their design projects, The Eames studio designed not only furniture but also the machinery and production methods needed to manufacture it.

What nicer way to wake up this morning than a bit of Eames - an amazing pair. I so need to own one of those chaise lounge and the rocking chair before I die, though I do have a strange chair love
