I recently saw this quote and it has stuck in my head so i though i would share it.

Thanks for dropping by my blog yesterday. I love this quote and its a great reminder as to how to really live each day.
In my post, 'A Promise to Kill,' I wrote of a woman who literally kept track of her breaths as she left her home every morning.
We ought to never take life for granted.
