But on a lighter note... i have been cutting out the satin for the top layer of the Mother of all Dresses. Deadline in the 10th of July when Disney on Ice is on.

What a nasty sounding man! I knew one like him once in a previous job - he would find ways of making my life hard at work and was quite happy dobbing fellow colleagues in to the boss. I ended up leaving that job for other reasons but I was very happy to be getting away from him.
I hope you sort it out in the best way for you and if there is some way to give him a taste of his own medicine then I hope you get to have that satisfaction!

I hate bullies. So many of them getting around the place these days. Karma catches up with everyone eventually and bullies are always miserable, unhappy, lonely people. Hope you are forging forward into great new things.
