Siesta Ornament Swap

We aren't i a lucky lady this week, i received this ornament from The Preachers Wife. It has a beautiful story behind it too, here it is..

"This is the Christmas Nail, It is to be hing on a sdturdy branch, a branch near the trunk, a branch that will hold such a spike without being noticed by well wished dropping by to admire one's tinseld tree. The nail is known only to the home that hangs it. Understood only by the heart that knows it's significance..."

My husband and I aren't Very religious but i think it is beautiful as it will remind us every year why we are celebrating christmas in the first place.

Thanks you so much Lisa!!

I love the preacher's wife! I used to have an ornament similar to this (probably still do somewhere). I kept mine hanging in my pantry so I would always remember when I was scouring for food!

Merry Christmas!
