Meet Lucy, the pink sausage dog, i have my Step Daughter, Matilda, here for the weekend and i was making her a Sausage dog, (Pattern found here at Bit of Whimsy Dolls)in pink of course, and she said its name would be Lucy and said "It should have a skirt!" What a great idea! So i made it a tutu. I had a boy dog there too, she named it Bray and she thought he sould have a tie, so i sewed one of those on too.
What do you think?, I think the girl sausage dog is my best one yet. So cute. It's nice to have a little girl to make things for even though it's just for 3 days, i miss her so much when she isn't with us. But i have to enjoy the time together and not think about that.
So we have been sitting and creating together today.
Swap Opportunity
I have a bag here that i made with an Amy Butler Pattern, called Birdie Sling. Legally i'm not allow to sell the bag (it says on the packet) but it's so nice i want someone to have it, so if there is anybody out there that wants to do a swap, that would be great, just send me a message. It is made from two patterns of fabric in the same colours, one features Drangonflys, the other cranes, it has two big pockets inside, i love this pattern as it is a nice large bag easy to get into, great when shopping and nice big pockets. Also don't forget if you see anything you would like on my blog, just send me amessage and we can sort something out!
